Our unique group exercise classes utilize live and virtual instructors to accommodate your busy schedule. With our Fitness on Demand technology, we can offer 24 hour group exercise through virtual instruction. This cutting edge technology encompasses a multitude of classes in a variety of settings. Clientele may use this technology to facilitate large groups, couples, or even individuals desiring a private group exercise session. This system is fully automated and is operated from a touch screen kiosk outside the group exercise room. Classes are numerous and are updated on a monthly basis, so that your needs may be met. A few of our classes include zumba, yoga, pilates, strengh, and spin classes.

Live class schedule: 
Cardio Tone - A mix of cardio, core and PiYo - Mon, Tues and Thursday 8:30 am
Senior Fit - a low impact workout focusing on flexibility, mobility and muscle tone - Monday and Thursday 9:30 am
Zumba and cardio tone - Monday and Thursday at 6:00pm
